| Our office is located in the Administration Building, on the main campus. Hours of Operation: MON-FRI, 7AM - 5PM The Business Department is responsible for the overall fiscal management of the District. This includes budget preparation, payroll processing and reporting, accounts payable / receivable, investment of funds, purchasing of goods and services, fixed asset accounting and real estate tax collection.
Additionally, the Chief Financial Officer oversees the Facilities, Transportation, and Food Service Departments.
