Placement Requirements
Written placement request from the University must include:

  • Description of the assignment         
  • Certificate level
  • Certificate subject
  • Assignment start and end date
  • Student's profile, bio or resume

All clearances must be within 1 year of starting date
Physical must be within 6 months of placement
TB test results must be within 3 months of the date on the physical form
